Why do I get message of "unknown publisher?

Why do I get "Open/save" screen?
Why is the generated document not contain table of content?
You need to set the document level to be more than one in case of hierarchic document style. Click here to understand better hot to generate documents.
Why can’t I see changes in history?
Why can't I edit an item/defect ?
Could be one of the followings:
- In case of item, item is not locked by you. In order to edit item, you need to lock it. Click here for more details.
- You have no permissions to edit the selected item type (requirement, task, test case, etc.) or defect.
Why can't I add attachments?

When I click on the description (HTML editor), a window is poped ask me to enter license key
This means that a license file is missing.
The file name is rHTMLEditor.lic and it should be in windows\system32 folder.
If its missing, please contact the system admin, or Orcanos support at suport@orcanos.com

Why cant I move item?
Why cant I add requirement?
Could be one of the followings:
- You have no permissions to add requirements
- You are not in "Requirements" tab
Why cant I advance item version?
Could be one of the followings:
- The item was already branched in future view
- There is no newer view to advance to
Why doesn't search grid shows all items?
The grid divides all records into pages. When you activate filter - you see the first page of total of pages.

Why can't I login to Qpack?
Could be one of the followings:
- You are not authorized to the selected project
- Password is incorrect
- Project is no longer active
- User doesn't exist in Qpack

Why can't I delete an item?
Could be one of the followings:
- Item is not locked by you
- item has locked children
- Item contains test cases that exist in execution set

Why does the system shows me as login user when I'm not?
If you've exit your last session without using log out (system crash, or any other reason), Qpack maintains your last login state. In order to see how to disconnect user, click here.

Why can't I lock project version?
Could be one of the followings:
- The selected version has a newer view based on it.
- There are users that are logged in the selected view.
Why cant I delete a defect?
QPack doesnt allow to delte defect. You can chnage the status to "Reject" or "Del".
