Use the search control, filter all desired requirements. There is an indication on grid shows if requirement has active defects

Qpack provides several ways to report defect on specific item.
To report defect on specific item:
1. Select item on tree-view and click on "Report defect" button on main toolbar
2. Select item on tree-view, open the item defects tab and report defect.
How to redirect defect to its creator, or last assigned user
When defining workflow for each item, or defect, the user can select the source status, target status, and user name from the list of users.
in addition to the projects' list of users, Qpack add the following values:
Last assigned - routes the item to the last assigned user
Creator - routes the item to the creating user
No change - doesn't change the assigned to
Not Assigned - Change the assignment to "Not assigned"

Qpack doesn't support boolean custom fields, such as checkbox, option groups, etc.
But you can do the followings:
To add boolean custom field:
For example, we want to add "Is critical" custom field.
- Add a comboBox type custom field
- Create a system (reference) table of 2 values: Yes/No
- Link the YesNo reference table to the new created custom field, and set default value.

How to make user not active
You need to change the user license type. Click here for details.
How to delete project
Qpack doesn't allow to delete projects, but you can set project to be "Not active" and select not to show it in projects tree view. Click here for details.
How to change default status of an item
- Enter the admin
- Select desired item workflow (defect, requirement, etc.)
- Click on "Add" workflow item. The "Add workflow" screen opens
- In the "From" section, select the value "Default status"
- In the "To" section, select the default status you want
- Click on "Set flow" button.
The default status is changed.
