After you have installed QPack server successfully you need to prepare you backup procedure to cover 3 main operational data repositories

1. Database
2. Application
3. FTP site

Database

QPack system works with SQL Server database storage, the SQL server provides backup service that can allow you to setup schedule

The following instruction will guide how to backup QPack database before the upgrade take place in order to provide you a restore option in case rollback to previous version is required.

Application

Contact your IT administrator in order to add QPack application files to its backup procedure. The backup procedure should backup the files located in the QPack installation directory.

Default Directory: C:\program files\Qpack

FTP Directory

Default directory - C:\program files\Qpack\QpackFtp
